Absolutely beautiful stay!! Everything was perfect: a breathtaking view of the Diamond and the Morne Larcher with the infinity pool, a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, a large very pleasant terrace. Quiet residence. Yannis was very responsive to each of our messages and heard back from us during the stay. We're so glad we had our vacation at your place! We highly recommend it! The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

We had a great stay, the apartment is very well equipped, nice and the bed super comfortable. Thank you for the welcome. The accommodation is in a tourist residence but very quiet during our visit in low season.

Loved our stay. Françoise was super kind and welcoming. She was quick to answer our quick questions and was very helpful. The terrace was absolutely beautiful. It is very large with a beautiful outdoor kitchen very functional. We enjoyed the covered dining room as much as the garden area and its little lights on in the evening. We recommend.

We were very well received by Jacqueline upon arrival, she was waiting for us with accras and planned breakfast for the next day 🙂 the location of the accommodation is perfect, we are not far from the village and the beach , there is a very nice view from the terrace and no mosquitoes. The accommodation is very clean and functional and we lack nothing. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and toilet. Jacqueline remains available and attentive .

Comfortable, large and spacious accommodation, very nice outdoor space and very nice pool. Central to visit the south of the island and convenient to go to the north of the island. We recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Marie's with our 11-month-old daughter! We had all the baby amenities which was greatly appreciated! Very quiet apartment, we were able to enjoy the spas during baby naps, a plus in our opinion 🙂 The apartment is well located for walking around the village, a short walk from Pointe Marin and several beaches 10-15 minutes by car! Great location to visit the south and its beaches! Marie responds very quickly if you have any questions, we were delighted. 🙂 She gave us some great tips for visiting the island! We recommend it without hesitating. A big thank you! 🤩

Loved our week in Ste Luce. Laurent welcomed us at the apartment and had really nice welcoming basket for us including rhum , punch , flowers , fresh fruits, water juice. The resort is great well locates with a lot of activities

You are already in the Caribbean just by communicating with Estelle: responsive, meticulous and friendly. She bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable in the accommodation. It's rare to see this kind of owner. I just want to point out that to access the accommodation you will have to cross the neighbour's landing but not his terrace (unjustly specified by the previous comment). Besides, they are neighbours who are living their lives and are used to it. Enjoy your stay

First of all Nina and Vianney were welcoming. warm, available and very friendly while being discreet . We were very well advised in terms of restaurants and beaches. For the accommodation it is as in the photos: extremely clean, functional and very cute, in a fabulous natural environment allowing to admire lizards, hummingbirds , fireflies... Extra bonus: the hot tub and the pool . The location is great for visiting the island. Beautiful beaches nearby like fig cove (10mn) We recommend 100%

We spent 15 days welcoming and very responsive hosts The weak points damage no view while being at the bottom and the parking of the cottage should be reserved for each occupant of the cottage because during the 2nd week we had no space following the other occupants of the cottage who invited outside people Otherwise, other than that, everything goes very well. From the moment you arrive at Sylvie's place you feel happy to be there. The breezy, expansive outdoor living space provides a stunning view, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen just right (we appreciated the toaster!). Sylvie is so friendly and went out of her way to help us. The neighborhood location is within walking distance to Fort de France, and she made sure we had a place to park our rental car for longer trips. This lodging will stand out as a great one in our travels!
