Well located apartment close to the beach and the village of Schoelcher. It is at the back of a house divided into several apartments with a shared terrace overlooking the garden. There are the essentials for a short stay. Good communication with the host. Good value for money for a long stay (I stayed there for a month)

The Airbnb is very well located, at the edge of the water, on a very quiet street. The space is spacious and very clean. Sébastien is at the top, we had a small problem during the stay and in less than 24 hours the problem was solved. I would highly recommend knowing that Sainte-Luce offers a very pleasant setting between restaurants and a beautiful beach.

Beautiful apartment, good location. A beach five minutes walk away and access to the coastal path that gives you access to several other beaches and restaurants by the water. Two minutes from National Road 5 which leads you to the north of the island as well as to the south. 25 minutes from the airport.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. Very beautiful private villa, 2 steps from the beach , the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside . The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious , the second, also pretty,benefits from a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. This last one deserves a refresh,a real refresh. But what a pleasure to have spent our holidays with Patrick,who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

Functional accommodation, very well located in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Beautiful views of the Anse with unforgettable sunsets. We enjoyed the masks and snorkeling snorkeling available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small convenience stores are available near the property, as well as beachside restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very kind and accommodating. To be hesitated again!

Loved our stay in Le Diamant. The deck area and pool at the house were so enjoyable and the view was stunning. It is well located to travel by car to all the various beaches and sights.

the location was perfect for our needs, restaurants were within walking distance, the nearby beaches were beautiful and easy to access (by car for the most part) one beach was within walking distance 5-10 minutes max. We loved our stay in Martinique and everything starts with the place where we stayed so I recommend this place

That's it. I go to Martinique regularly, and I have to say that for the type of accommodation I usually book, this one is the best with unobstructed views of the bay of Ste Anne and its sunset!🤗. For the rest and nothing to complain about, just enjoy the moment. A big thank you to Frédéric and his on-site correspondent Isabelle for their great reactivities.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

The place was really beautiful and very clean with a sea view, a real pleasure to stay there.
