Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Marin

We loved our stay in this house. Perfect for a family of 4. The punch bin is bigger than the photos suggest and is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We appreciated the fact that Mylène was there when we had any questions.

Miguel welcomed us with great conviviality. He was always available to respond to our requests and even organized an aperitif where he introduced us to the preparation of the ti-punch. He also made us discover different toasts typical of Martinique, a real treat! Thanks to his valuable tips and a personalized map, we were able to explore the most beautiful places on the island. Miguel is an exceptional person, very welcoming and caring. And what about the apartment? It is simply beautiful, very well equipped, comfortable, and a great location. Thank you so much to Miguel! If I ever come back to Martinique, it's without hesitation that I'll stay in their place again

Great stay at Philippe's in a very well-equipped accommodation located in a perfect setting. A peaceful stay at Anthony's place. The environment is quiet, large terrace for meals. Everything was very clean and the apartment well equipped. The A/C works perfectly, so does the TV. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear. The accommodation is very simple, but well located and clean.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

I highly recommend the accommodation offered by Amélie, very well located, very clean and perfectly equipped, a magnificent view and a beautiful beach with several local shops. Amélie was very welcoming and great tips for us to stay in Martinique. She is responsive and very accommodating. A big thank you, we had a fabulous stay.

The kitchen open to the sea was lovely. We immediately felt comfortable there. The apartment was pleasant, warm and well-equipped. It was located at the end of the village of Sainte-Luce, we felt close to everything.

Jean-Luc was a very friendly and welcoming host. Peaceful accommodation, with a lovely view: very nice! Petite Anse beach is within walking distance, and the location of the accommodation makes it easy to get to different places on the island.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

Excellent accommodation in a great location! Very very close to the beach! Not even a 2-minute walk away, you can see the beach at the entrance to the accommodation! Convenient and well-equipped! 5 min walk from the village of Sainte Luce! It even has a washing machine!2 masks and fins are available! It has in addition to a garden allowing us to enjoy quietly in the afternoon in the sun on the hammock or on the sunbeds out of sight! In addition, Chantal warmly welcomed us with an excellent country apricot jam! We can't wait to go back!

The house is new and very well designed. Everything is prepared for a great stay, both from the point of view of cleanliness, which is impeccable, and the little touches provided upon arrival. In addition, the exteriors are very nice and the pool is undeniably a plus. Stéphanie and Audry were very available and we are doing their best to help optimize our stay, which we sincerely thank them. If you are looking for a place to stay for your holiday in Martinique, don't hesitate, this is exactly what you need!

Fantastic location with an amazing view. You can walk to the beach though it is a step climb back. there is also a grocery store and a bakery right there. Within a 15 minutes drive you can be at any number of restaurants and beaches. Stéphane's place was immaculate and quite comfortable.

The accommodation is located in a full area (local food store, bakery, pizzeria, tourist activity, beach a few meters walk away) The cozy atmosphere of the decoration allowed us to feel at home, the layout and amenities at our disposal, we were a real plus! The bedding is just amazing. We were able to enjoy the terrace and hot tub that are not exposed to the other side. Regarding Rita, a very warm host with an incredible sense of hospitality. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely be back again! Thank you Rita:)

We had a great time for 2 adults and 3 children. Marie-Sophie's place is perfect. It is very well located, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with magnificent sunset views. It is quiet, away from the activities around the pool. The Pierre et vacances residence is very good, swimming pool, several restaurants, beach, diving and jet skiing, laundromat, grocery store... We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at the place. Élise is very warm and welcoming and very responsive. The accommodation was very clean, had all the necessary equipment and was close to all amenities, all you had to do was cross the street to go to the market, bars, restaurants or on the beach. We appreciated Élise's little touches upon arrival. If we have to come back to the island, we will come back without hesitation. We highly recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

Clean accommodation, spacious, perfectly equipped and very conveniently located (walks, beaches nearby, snorkeling, various water activities...). In addition, David is a welcoming, very responsive and friendly host. The stay went perfectly. I recommend it!
