Former plastic arts workshop transformed into a vacation home, it is located in the countryside and on the edge of Vilaine, on the banks of the GR34. A garden area, with swing and hut will appeal to your children. Rental of 3 nights minimum on long weekends (Easter, May 1 and 8, Pentecost), Ascension 4 nights min Wood-burning stove heating in winter.

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.
