Renovated 18m² ground floor studio located in a private courtyard 5 minutes walk from the city center of Conches. It includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a 2-burner hotplate, KRUPS coffee maker, a sofa bed of 160 x 200 cm with a new mattress. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, a toilet, a shower cabin and a small sink. It also includes a TV (100 channels) + Wifi you can also park your car inside the common courtyard.
