Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Landreau

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no windows overlooking the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you still feel very good. Responsive and helpful concierge.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. There are many small shops nearby to delight the taste buds. Transport is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city centre or to the machines of the island. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We were very well received, the house is just beautiful, calm and tranquility are there. The house is tastefully decorated, the bedding and other amenities are of very good quality. There were all the necessary reception amenities, and the small arrival gifts are a plus that allows us to feel really invited. The house was perfectly clean! The place allows you to do several activities on site (swimming pool, molki, petanque, darts, etc.). We had a great weekend. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again :)

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.
