The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... Bed and house linens provided, no towels. We do the cleaning. Free WiFi and Orange TV.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

This house used to be a barn and has been extended and fully renovated in the last 10 years. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a huge open plan space. It is set in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by fields. The house is perfect if you enjoy cooking, having drinks and dinner with your friends/family inside or on the terrasse by the pool.
