Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir à la Lolie ferme. Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente avec toute la famille ou entre amis. Vous aurez accès à la maison privatisée en entier. Le terrain, les espaces de jeux et la piscine sont partagés avec les propriétaires. Le cadre est propice à diverses activités (terrain de pétanque, but de foot, baby-foot, table de ping-pong...). Un poolhouse vous permet de prendre vos repas autour de la piscine non chauffée (profondeur de 70 cm à 1,80m).

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Accessible PMR, 4 chambres dont 1 suite parentale au rez de chaussée. A 10 minutes de tous commerces, vallée des singes, labyrinthe végétal, futuroscope à 40 minutes, et une multitude d'activités à découvrir dans les environs. Disponible à partir de 16h00 Départ avant 11h00 (faire le ménage de la maison).

Maison climatisée de plein-pied de 87 mètres carrés entre Angoulême et Poitiers. La maison vous accueille pour un séjour calme et reposant. Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre.
