Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Grau d'Agde

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thank you!

Great accommodation offered by Lionel. Description and equipment compliant! The spa available, BBQ, deckchairs, etc … Great! Communication with our host was very easy. Close to the beach and shops within walking distance (1 km). As usual, the mattress was a little too soft for us (note nothing to do with age as it was new) but that's just personal!!! In any case, we recommend it without hesitation! Thank you again!

Great weekend at Fred and Josy's, Airbnb as we like it with a warm welcome, a perfectly suitable accommodation for a couple, a super nice garden with barbecue, deckchair and shaded areas. No cleaning fee imposed, this implies the responsibility of the tenants, the basis of an Airbnb! I would recommend it 100%.

Very good stay at Laurence's with 2 children aged 5 and 2. The accommodation is very clean and has everything there. The small garden area is lovely. There are many toys for children and the beach. Le Grau d'Agde is a few minutes' drive away and the accommodation is close to the centre of Agde. The environment is very quiet. Laurence is a very helpful hotel and will give you plenty of tips for visiting the area

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Catherine's place is comfortable, well-appointed and close to the sea and shops.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

Beautiful apartment in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea

Top accommodation both for its view and the size of its terrace as well as the size of the accommodation and its amenities. Everything is there to have a good time. The concierge is professional. No complaints except we'll be back!

It's a privilege to stay in an historic 18th century mansion, even though it's been converted to apartments. This apartment is great with modern amenities and historical details preserved. The location is fantastic, on the river and a plaza. The river is lined with restaurant barges and cafes. Be forewarned that the historical center of Agde is a little sleepy in the off season. Olivier and Beatrice are warm and wonderful. Beatrice speaks limited english, and Olivier speaks none, but with our limited french and google translate we had no problem communicating. I recommend staying in their apartment and we will visit again.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can be on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, cot, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

Very pleasant stay in this very well equipped accommodation. Located close to everything: beach, small shops, shops, pharmacy. Almost everything is done without a car! A real plus! Also, Caroline is very responsive to messages and always helps with questions asked. I will return to this accommodation during visits or holidays in Agde.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

Awesome stay at this place in a great location! Everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, transport... all while being quiet. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We feel really good there. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it without hesitating!
