We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well laid out. Communication with Florence is perfect, she is a very responsive and very friendly host. Marie Lise who welcomed us was also very friendly despite our many hours of delay, thank you for the kindness of her welcome. No complaints! No complaints, everything was perfect.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Thank you very much to Slim and Lila for their hospitality and kindness. The accommodation is clean and nice. We really appreciated that there was salt, oil, coffee, and two three small things. The location is great on a motorbike to visit around. Nearby supermarkets are within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlours in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

Very nice apartment on the water with a superb view, beautiful walks at the foot of the building. Really very relaxing in the middle of winter, very quiet, no traffic.

Very good stay in Cap d 'Agde! Well equipped apartment, with a small pleasant terrace to enjoy the sun. Everything you needed to cook was on site, and the space was clean and well kept. I recommend it without hesitating!

Philippe's apartment is perfect for a stay in Marseillan. Close to beach and shops. You can do everything on foot. Philippe is very welcoming and accommodating, the apartment is nice with a nice terrace and clean. Great stay. We'll be back.
