"Sous Les Ecotagnes" near Clusaz & Grand Bornand

This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150 m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards-sur-Thônes, 900 m above sea level, equidistant from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat. The chalet is not suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility.

Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Detached chalet with unobstructed views of the Aravis mountain range, located in a small subdivision after "Nant Robert et Le Crêt du Bouchet", 2.5 km from the center of the village. Car is essential. PLEASE NOTE! The chalet is not isolated, and depending on the time of day and also on weekends, there is frequent traffic of vehicles going to the houses higher up. We are in no way responsible for and have no control over the flow of cars in front of the chalet (road reserved for residents).

The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking.
