The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

The apartment has a privileged location in winter, 50 m from the ski slopes and the Outalays conveyor belt, as in summer with many hiking departures directly from the residence. ESF and Espace Piou Piou 150 m away in Charmieux. The shopping street of Grand-Bornand Chinaillon is 1 km away. There are many activities throughout the year (hiking, skiing, summer tobogganing, golf, cycling, archery, adventure park, via ferrata...). Lake Annecy is 30 minutes away.
