Plessé est situé à 20 km au sud-est de Redon, à 40 km au nord-ouest de Nantes et 40 km au nord-est de Saint-Nazaire. Ville dynamique avec de nombreuses activités : karting, wakepark, restaurants…

50 m2 apartment, very comfortable, refurbished. 5 minutes from the Don for nice walks or to discover our region; Rennes 40 minutes, Vannes and the Morbihan golf course 45 minutes, Nantes or the sea 50 minutes. Ideally located in the city center and quiet. All amenities are close by. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery, bar, hairdresser, tobacco, doctor... For lovers of walks, the Don and its trails will be yours. 10 mins walk to swimming pool, kayaking and equestrian center.

Fans of the most famous little wizards or not, come and spend a magical time with family, friends, in a warm place, subtle blend of modernity and authenticity, quiet and exotic 40 minutes from Nantes (Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, Voyage à Nantes, Zénith...) and Saint-Nazaire/La Baule (Escale Atlantique, beaches, casino...). The cottage is located between the Gâvre Forest and the Nantes-Brest Canal, perfect for recharging your batteries in contact with nature.

Pop studio open to the garden.

The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables to eat out in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are in charge of cleaning.. or you have the option to choose the cleaning fee with an additional charge of €20, to be requested upon booking.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of an equestrian estate

In the heart of the 30-hectare "Terres Alezanes" equestrian estate, surrounded by nature while maintaining a proximity to Nantes/La Baule/Saint Nazaire 35 minutes away. Charming cottage completely renovated in 2018. Original architecture, refined aesthetics and authentic atmosphere for this house with great potential. Numerous bike paths nearby. Horses and ponies on site will delight young and old!

Close to all amenities (walking distance). 500 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal, the port and the Château de la Groulais. 5 km from Gâvre Forest. 30 km from Nantes, St Nazaire and Redon. Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.

Situé à 1,5km du bourg par un chemin où se trouvent boulangerie, tabac-presse, épicerie, Carrefour contact, restaurants. Également accessible à pied, moins d’un km, l’étang de Buhel avec plage et guinguette. Proche du canal de Nantes à Brest et de la forêt du Gâvre, à 45 min des plages.
