Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the go. A kitchen ( microwave , nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge ) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed ( 160X200 ), a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down duvet, allergy warning.
