Beachfront holiday rental in Le Fenouiller

We spent 4 absolutely perfect days and 3 nights in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The apartment is ideally located with an incredible view of the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is perfectly thought out in the accommodation: clean, well-equipped, comfortable — nothing is missing. It's a real cocoon, very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back. Staying at Michel's place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was comfortable and clean in an ideal environment. I really enjoyed being on the harbor with this sublime view. Highly recommended!

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbour are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with any number of trips.

Accommodation close to the beach and shops including the Arago market. Well-equipped apartment suitable for a couple. Welcoming and flexible host. Highly recommends this accommodation.

Fully functional accommodation and very responsive and non-invasive owner during our exchanges! a real plus when you have small children: the washing machine, the dishwasher and the proximity of the hyper U with its games for children. Super nice terrace for eating outside. A little far to go to the beach on foot with children but very good value for money, we do not regret our few days in St Hilaire. So we took the car a lot. Great area on the side of St Gilles Croix de Vie with entertainment even during the weekend of the Ascension. Only small downside, some equipment a little outdated (high chair, umbrella bed made available to us, shower...) Thank you to Jean-Paul for this rental

Great place to stay when cycling the Velodyssee. It is right on the route and is very comfortable. The place is well renovated and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very friendly and respond swiftly to messages.

Had a nice time in this nice apartment. Fully equipped: balcony, swimming pool, beach within walking distance, nice eateries. In short: a top spot!

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable accommodation! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The facilities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to detail. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also made grateful use of the bicycles. We have had a nice time!

We stayed 1 week in the little house of Bourgenay. The decoration and amenities are perfect! We really enjoyed the very nice house! The pool is not too far away and every evening we have the friendly visit of the green-necked ducks to the great delight of the children. There is not very far on foot: A bakery, An en primeur A fishmonger, etc. I would highly recommend it

The listing is as described. All amenities are quality. Denis welcomed us very warmly. He told us all the services the environment could provide. The sea view, offered by the loggia, is enough to rest from the daily stress. I recommend it!

The accommodation is decorated with great taste, the garden is very beautiful and very pleasant, everything was extremely clean. Perfect bedding and pillows. It's quiet, you can only hear the birds and the waves in the distance. The owner gave us a nice welcome. We hope to be back as soon as we can! Ps: it's close to the beach and restaurants!

The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. Spacious and beautiful apartment, close to the beach. We had expected a little more from the town but had a wonderful holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area.
