Great stay in Agay! Apartment was as described , all rooms clean and tidy:) Amazing view from the terrace . You were very private and could stay there undisturbed. Parking is right in front of the house . Amenities of the rooms such as kitchen were great , all kinds of appliances and equipment were available .

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. A real treat for the eyes! The accommodation is impeccable, very well equipped, with a breathtaking view. We loved enjoying the private jacuzzi and the beautiful terrace, a real little corner of paradise. The only small point to know: you have to take the car to go to the pool or playgrounds, because the return is a beautiful climb. The host is friendly and very responsive, and the reception by the concierge went very well, both on arrival and departure. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and will be happy to come back!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠ (｀ω´*).

The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

Beautiful, superbly equipped apartment with a fantastic terrace and wonderful views – on one side the sea, on the other the impressive red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Everything was very clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The resort in Cap Esterel is very well maintained, full of flowers and offers everything you need: restaurants, small shops, bakeries, leisure activities - all within easy walking distance and at a fair price. The beach is very close, free parking is also available. Many beautiful places such as Cannes, Saint-Raphaël or picturesque coastal villages can be reached quickly by car. We would especially like to thank our hosts Olivier and Charles – they were very friendly, helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be happy to come back!

Really nice apartment which was very private within walking distance to the Village and to the beach. The apartment was quite small, but the weather was lovely and therefore it was lovely with outdoor area and the garden. We used the pool card several times and both pools (which were open in April) were nice and with plenty of space. The closest to the apartment was most child friendly. Good parking in the basement and many things to see in the area

We had a great time! Sylvie is a very kind and extremely welcoming host, always available and attentive. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing, and everything is impeccably clean. The view is absolutely magnificent, a real little corner of paradise. the beach is not far from the house, accessible on foot or by car. We strongly recommend!

An incredible accommodation for a romantic stay! The decoration is beautiful, the apartment is very, very clean and the hosts took care to leave little touches in the accommodation! The location is very quiet which makes the stay even more enjoyable! Only small downside, the curtains are not sufficient and we were awakened by the light but it is a detail. This experience is really worth it!

We had a great stay - the location is really just a few steps from the beach, and the terrace with all its doors to the apartment is a nice space to spend time. Thierry was a great host! We'd recommend the stay. Side note: about 1km away is a fantastic restaurant with a super-passionate chef and lovely food, service and desserts! Restaurant L'authentique Agay is worth a visit!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Thank you to Barbara and Dominique for the flexibility of the schedules, their attentions: cold drinks, among other things, and this impeccable accommodation. Not only does it offer a magnificent view of the sea but inside the decoration is very pretty and it has all the necessary amenities. It's great! We stayed in the residence to do a Padel course. The land is close and the complex is beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Our stay at Cap Esterel was amazing. Our host, Murielle provided curate updates, she was polite and well informed On the area. The accommodations were lovely. We had a wonderful holiday!

Everything went very well! The accommodation was clean with a very nice view from the terrace, not far from the sea. There is everything you need in the kitchen to make meals so it's very convenient. Just need to plan for sheets and towels. Also wifi would be useful for foreign travelers, I found a solution with a 4G key, so no worries. Jean-Claude is very welcoming and kind, thank you very much! We had a very nice stay, hoping to return one day.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.
