Beautiful house, modern with all comforts. David was very welcoming, showed us the surroundings and even left us something to eat when we arrived. Thanks for the PLANTER gift in the fridge! The house has everything you need: games for children (swing, beach games, board games...), air conditioning, tv with Nerflix... access to the beach at the end of the street. And what a beautiful beach! A great place for snorkeling and diving where you can see turtles, pepper benches etc. The place is ideally located 10 minutes from Anses Noire and Dufour and Anses d 'Arlet. Thanks so much to David for this exceptional place! We will come back without hesitation and warmly recommend

Loved our stay! The villa is clean, well-appointed and identical to the photos. The view of the mountain and the sea is simply beautiful. Jacky, our point of contact on site, was very punctual, attentive and available quickly. We will return to this property without hesitation! It was just perfect!

Very nice house to live in with the essentials to feel at home. The little plus the private pool that allows you to relax after visits. The geographical location allows you to visit the south perfectly and go north in an hour or 1.5 hours. We recommend it +++ this place

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it has exceptional views of the sea, the village and the mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open air concept to the garden sea view +++ - Very comfortable bedding and extra cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and the sea view is even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of waves and sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a rather bumpy dirt/stone path - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

This is a very nice villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to radiate. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and carbet allow you to enjoy life outside. The pool, although not big, is a real relaxing pleasure. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system

We had a great time at Priscilla and Bertrand's house. The villa is superb, well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The welcome and stay was perfect. We highly recommend it!

Great stay at a beautiful place with a responsive host.

Rosette is a very welcoming host, attentive and ready to help (one of our children was sick when we arrived and she helped us a lot). The villa is just perfect. We spent 10 days there with our 3 young children and we are delighted with our stay. Perfect location to shine on the south of the island. Very well equipped and functional. The covered terrace (all around the house) and the salt pool (the tour is tiled!) are a real plus to enjoy the holidays. The road below is very quickly forgotten and does not spoil the stay. Path not easy to find (the first times) from the main road but Rosette cleverly spotted the entrance of this path. We recommend this listing and would love to be able to come back someday.

Excellent accommodation very well located 5 minutes from the beach, the bakery, the market that takes place every day except Mondays, and 10 minutes walk to the city center. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking in front of the property and always available. The house is large, the garden very well maintained as well as the swimming pool. The pool is a real plus and we enjoyed it. There is a robot to clean it which is perfect. The bedding is of good quality and the air conditioners are very quiet. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker in addition to the filter coffee maker. Agnes is very friendly and had prepared us a bottle of planter with small pâté, as well as a pack of paste and Bolognese sauce for our arrival (a Sunday at 7pm). Communication is very easy. It allowed us to stay a little more on the last day. I would recommend this place which is really perfect.

Great location on a very quiet street, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the center of the town. The place and the pool were spotless. A street parking space in front of the house was available for us throughout the stay. We stayed with a small 4-month-old baby and had everything we needed (crib, mosquito net, etc.). Véronique who took care of us was adorable and very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.

We spent 9 days in the villa with my partner and my one-year-old daughter. Pierre Emanuel was very responsive to our questions before we arrived. Once there, Caroline gave us a more than warm welcome with a very appreciable welcome basket, clear explanations, advice on things to do nearby! Just perfect The villa is in line with the photos and the wow effect is there when you discover the view for the first time. What a joy to wake up every morning facing the Diamond Rock! The villa is secured with a gate, it is perfectly equipped, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room… nothing to complain about A big thank you to Caroline for her hospitality, availability, responsiveness and flexibility and adaptation for the departure time! A sunny person who makes you want to come back! We had a dream vacation!

Small house in the very pretty residence. Matches the description. The beach just opposite is not very busy but the sea is a little rougher. The snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

This was our second time staying at Emeraude’s home, and it was even better—we love this place. It’s clean, near a beach (2 min drive), and spacious. The host, Julien is great from checkin to providing local recommendations, and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Yann's in Martinique. He is a very kind, caring and available host. The accommodation was perfect: comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, you feel right at home. Special mention for the private punch bowl, the little extra touch that allows you to fully enjoy the quieter days! I highly recommend it, and will be happy to come back if I have a chance.
