Gîte situé à 500 m du sentier côtier GR34, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage du Minou (et à 2 minutes en voiture) à 13km de Brest. Emplacement au calme. Il se compose d'une pièce de vie lumineuse avec cuisine aménagée, d'un coin salon avec un canapé , d'un coin repas et d' une chambre (avec lit 160) donnant sur une salle d'eau. A l'extérieur, une terrasse exposée plein sud, et d'un petit jardin. Activités de surf, de voile à proximité et nombreux sites touristiques à visiter.
