Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Les Coustounes offers you an interior space of 180 m2, with a clean and refined decoration. The 100 m2 living room, including the ultra-equipped kitchen, is very bright and comfortable, with direct access to the terrace and its magnificent view of nature and our mountains. The 3 bedrooms, one with terrace and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The outdoor space, on the sunny side (the sunniest side of the mountain) is vast, with meadow and forest and the swimming pool (10 X 5 M).

Geen verkeersgeluiden — alleen open lucht en een weids uitzicht over de vallei. Vanuit het huis stap je direct op wandelroutes richting de Puy Mary. Binnen wacht een volledig uitgeruste keuken, twee slaapkamers met boxspringbedden en een pelletkachel voor de koele bergavonden. Ideaal voor wie écht wil loskomen van de drukte.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

La maison est à 8mn en voiture du col du Pas de Peyrol, 5mn de la station nordique du col de Serre et à 20mn de la station du Lioran.

Linens and towels are not provided. Housekeeping is not included.
