Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

At an altitude of 1200 meters, on a ridge in the middle of the volcanic Cantal Mountains, you wake up to the sound of cows and birdsong. Les Coustounes offers you an interior space of 180 m2, with a clean and refined decoration. The 100 m2 living room, including the ultra-equipped kitchen, is very bright and comfortable, with direct access to the terrace and its magnificent view of nature and our mountains. The 3 bedrooms, one with terrace and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The outdoor space, on the sunny side (the sunniest side of the mountain) is vast, with meadow and forest and the swimming pool (10 X 5 M).

Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
