This accommodation, on the 2nd floor of a large house in the heart of the historic district of Parthenay, just a hundred metres from the city centre, welcomes you on more than 70 m2. The large entrance in oiled oak parquet includes a dressing room style storage space. The living room, also in oak parquet, offers a sofa bed, coffee table and connected TV. A round table and chairs make up the dining area. A first large bedroom of 20 m2 and a second of 13 m2 complete this property.
