In the heart of the Gâtine, come and recharge your batteries in this studio in the countryside, but a few km from all amenities. Ideally located about 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, you can enjoy the beautiful days on the terrace with its barbecue, swimming pool and playground reserved for our tenants. A quiet place, without frills and without constraints, just for the pleasure and calm of the countryside. And don't hesitate, I'm right next door, ready to respond to your requests ;)

Two bedroom cottage, with 16th century fireplace.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Cap au P'tit Pont bed and breakfast with hot tub and private pool

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games as well as relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the spas just for you. Private 4x2 swimming pool open on May 1st, solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

The Cabane du Petit Moulin

La Cabane du Petit Moulin is the perfect place to come and relax in peace, in the middle of the Bressuirais grove. With friends or family, you will find yourself immersed in an idyllic setting designed specifically for your stay, in a comfortable home. Guests will have direct access to hiking trails and paths. Close to the city center and all its shops. Ideally located close to PUY DU FOU, Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope and the Vendée Coast.

The Niortaise Suite

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Gîte in the heart of nature by the river

The Gîte de la Roche welcomes you in an environment surrounded by nature. The terrace equipped with garden furniture offers a view of the river and the bridge: important, there is no protection along the river bordering the land. Possibility of fishing for those who wish, provide a fishing license and your equipment. Ideal location if you are looking for peace and nature, close to the Poitevin marsh and various amusement parks, zoos...

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Le gîte de Fangorn

We welcome you to a fully renovated old farm, in a green and quiet setting. The accommodation includes three modern and bright bedrooms, with two bathrooms and toilet, and a living room with fully equipped kitchen. On site, you can discover a large natural garden, with flowers and vegetables in abundance, as well as chickens, ducks and sheep! Many activities await you nearby, as well as all shops and services 3 km away.

"Le Petit Logis" gîte, 2-4 people

Welcome to Petit Logis! Enjoy this comfortable and intimate setting in the center of La Châtaigneraie and 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. The entrance is private and the garden is independent. Our accommodation is 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, and 20 minutes from Marais Poitevin. An ideal place to stop and travel the region!

Les Gîtes de la Barre near PUY DU FOU

The Gîte de la Mare can accommodate 10 to 12 people, located in the heart of the Bocage and its hiking trails. Near Bressuire between PUY DU FOU and MARAIS POITEVIN (45 min), the Vendée coast, Futuroscope and La Rochelle about 1 hr 15 min. 10 minutes from Pescalis, adventure forest, karting and many local visits.
