Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Châtelard

Nous avons, une fois de plus, passé un excellent séjour au Petit Nid. La maison était propre et spacieuse et étant à 3, nous disposions chacun de notre salle de bain. La maison est située aux bords d'un torrent qui donne une sensation de quiétude. La maison très mignonne est située a un emplacement idéal pour nous escapade diverses dans la région. Sarah est toujours réagit toujours très rapidement aux demandes.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison a tout ce qui faut et la deco est top. On s'y sent bien... Merci à nos 2 hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et gentils avec nous

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

Endroit exceptionnel et magnifique de par son parc et son emplacement. Propriétaires vraiment attentionnés. Un bémol, toute la literie n'est pas au top, notamment un lit en 140 sinon très agréable à vivre, je recommande.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! We had two beautiful nights at Carole’s place in early March. The house was very charming and pristine. Despite us being 4 adults and 4 children - everyone had their own space, which was very lively. Carole was super responsive and also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations as we were celebrating a birthday. A little far off from everything but that’s what we wanted - very nice place to relax and just spend time together.

We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

집 주인분이 정말 친절하셨고 집이 정말 내 집 처럼 편안하고 좋았습니다. 아기자기한 인테리어와 편의시설이 잘 되어 있어 생활하기 편리하고 위치도 무척 좋았어요

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Claire et adrien, logement décoré avec goût, literie excellente, la baignoire balnéothérapie vraiment un plus après des journées de visite bien chargée. Le seul petit point négatif si on peut dire que s'en est un nous aurions préféré un lave vaisselle au lieu d une machine à laver. mais c'est avec grand plaisir que nous recommanderons ce logement.

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le logement de Cathy, très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. très bonne communication avec Cathy. juste un petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être plus confortable.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

A beautifully furnished and immaculately styled apartment - stunning! We were tired from driving so accessed the nearby supermarket (3 min drive or 15 min walk) for food and used the lovely kitchen to cook dinner. Then relaxed on the lounge with the huge TV. After a restful sleep in the comfortable bed, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace the next morning. A truly wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Un séjour très agréable dans ce logement. Nous avons adoré la terrasse sous le glycine, la grande pièce principale très lumineuse et sa bibliothèque de bandes-dessinées que nous ne sommes pas parvenues à épuiser malgré un rythme intensif mais aussi les allers et venues du chat noir, très attachant ou le poêle mis à disposition. Agnès a, par ailleurs, été une hôte très réactive, et aidante. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

le lieu, le cadre, la maison tout était incroyable !!! la piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus et le jacuzzi à 40 est tellement appréciable après !!

Pas seulement la propriété est belle et très bien aménagée, avec une vue de la vallée magnifique, mais en plus Anisse est très attentif et serviable pour répondre aux différentes questions et demandes des locataires. Merci Anisse pour une excellente expérience chez vous !
