Située en plein centre du village thermal du Boulou, cette maison chaleureuse de 50 m² À seulement 20 minutes des plages d’Argelès-sur-Mer et à 5 minutes de l’Espagne, vous profitez d’un accès rapide aux commerces, restaurants et commodités. Un arrêt de navette se trouve à 50 mètres de la maison, parfait pour les curistes. Le stationnement est simple grâce aux parkings gratuits et aux zones bleues à proximité. Une dépose rapide est possible devant la maison pour les bagages ou les courses.

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)
