The accommodation is located in the Nantes vineyards, 5 minutes from the A83, 20 minutes from Nantes, 45 minutes from the beaches/Puy du Fou. The house is fully equipped: a beautiful, bright living room with living room/kitchen, a real 140 x 190 sofa bed, and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, designed for your comfort. We look forward to welcoming you!

The rooms are located in the basement and are cool in the summer. The house is located in a dead end without a car, ideal for children to play outside. Bakery, wine shop and restaurant 200 meters away. Parc de la Sèvre 500 meters away.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!
