Studio paisible et agréable, les murs en pierres garde la fraicheur. Nous sommes à 5 minutes de O'Gliss, O'Fun Park. Les Sables d'Olonne sont à 35 minutes. Proche des plages de La Tranche sur mer et Longeville : Conches, Rocher, Clémenceau St Vincent/J, Musées Clémenceau de l'automobile de Vendée à proximité et le Puy du Fou à 1 heure. Convenant pour deux personnes, non adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Nécessité d'une voiture pour les commodités. Stationnement devant la maison.
