We would like to express our immense gratitude to Liévine for this truly unforgettable stay in her beautiful country house. Renovated and perfectly equipped, it is a real cocoon. We were delighted by the calm and serenity of the place, lulled every day by the birdsong and the gentle mooing of the neighbouring cows. An absolute oasis! Our children enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and our dog was delighted to be able to run around freely. What a joy it is to enjoy the sun and the ideal location of the cottage, perfect for exploring this beautiful region. We'll be back with great pleasure!

nice little accommodation with beautiful spacious rooms. comfortable bedding. the house stays cool despite the 34 degrees outside. they have thought of everything to be able to take care of themselves if you don't want to walk or if it rains. The setting encourages relaxation. Brice and his wife are kind and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely stay. The setting is very pretty, peaceful, in the heart of nature. The accommodation is very well equipped, the sauna and the pool are very enjoyable. Warning, those sensitive to insects should abstain.

My partner, our dog, and I spent a wonderful four weeks at the charming cottage in Anglars, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Florian had already lit the fireplace, which made for such a warm and welcoming arrival—and it was just the first of many thoughtful touches that made the place special. We were lucky to stay during May, when the cherry trees slowly turned red and ripe. The house itself has everything you need, and when we realized we were missing something—a moka pot for our morning coffee for example —Florian immediately made sure we had one. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out, as did his great tips for local things to do. One thing I truly appreciated was the care put into sustainability: organic cleaning products, locally sourced items throughout the house—these are details you rarely see, and they reflect a host who genuinely cares. We’re already looking forward to our next workation here.

We had a very pleasant three-night stay in this bucolic environment. The accommodation is nice, very well equipped, and functional. Good to know, the proximity of a long-distance hiking trail. Thank you to Laure and Luc for their welcome (and for the explanations about the barefoot horses). Special mention for the adorable caretaker and his morning visits... It was perfect, a place to recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful place to stay if you plan to come to the Lot. The house is very beautiful, decorated with great taste and very well equipped. Birdie was very available and responded favourably to all our requests. The garden is very pleasant for dinner in the evening. We will definitely come back here if we return to the area.

We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

We had a great time at this villa. The house and the environment are superb. Everything is perfect.

We spent 4 nights in Bertrand's home. The place matches the description in every way and the view is even more beautiful than you can imagine. In total calm, impeccably clean and with the cherry Nordic bath on the cake we can only recommend it. In addition, Bertrand was very accessible. We clearly keep the address to redo if the opportunity arises.

We have just returned from a great 5 night break at Patrice's place (Magnolia de Bonheur). The location is really very Impressive indeed. The view from the pool deck is superb. The Gîte was exactly as described and very comfortable. The general property is very rustic and peaceful - totally relaxing and calm. Patrice is a very kind and considerate host and was always responsive and helpful when we had a couple of queries. Les Hauts de Jeanvert is definitely to be recommended. Françoise and Xavier are very pleasant and friendly hosts, welcoming and generous. The cottage is redone with great taste, between design and authenticity, the apartment is very large and functional, you feel really good there. The pool is warm and huge, in a beautiful park. We would highly recommend it.

Great family stay, children and adults were able to enjoy the wide range of activities and services offered on the site (swimming pool, ping-pong table, wooden games for children, trampoline, archery, bicycles for children and adults to borrow, etc.)!!! In addition, in the accommodation, a small very practical booklet with all the useful information such as nearby restaurants, walks with sheets, sites to discover... and also the specialties of the area, the fauna and flora to discover. In short, everything is designed to spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature!
