We were very well hosted by Christiane and her husband, who were very responsive to our requests. The accommodation is as advertised, very clean and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the very pleasant garden as well as the large swimming pool. I would highly recommend it!

perfect, there would be 6 stars we would put the apartment at the top, my owner very nice and the ideal location. The only thing to think about for the new is that the city of Banyuls sur mer has very little free parking space, you have to park a good 10n minutes from the train station to be free

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful city and appreciated the privileged location of this beautiful cozy apartment located in the heart of the city and a stone's throw from the beach. Its plus: its sun terrace.

This is an apartment with a perfect location, very close to the sea. Mostly fully equipped. Annika & Tony are amiable, giving fast replies, facilities, and suggestions.

A very beautiful place facing the channel between the port exit and the sea with very beautiful sleeping suns. Close to the port but far from its night frenzy, you can find nature! A little noise in the morning due to the proximity to the bridge but totally bearable. Very functional small house, very good for 4 people with possibility of sleeping for 6. In addition, very good hospitality and conviviality. Have a great week in early August 2020, thank you to our hosts!

Very charming vacation home, especially the view is great and the amenities also had everything you need. And of course the best: the pool shared use. The pool was really great, like a private swimming pool. And the area has so many different things to offer - sea, mountains, markets, nice little places, art, culture and festivals, a free concert on the beach, a donkey hike right on the village, ... so, you can also spend more than 2 weeks there. And who runs out of activities: Our hosts also had plenty of tips and great ideas. :-)

Martine is a very welcoming and friendly host. His smile, his good mood and his advice can only make you have a pleasant stay! The accommodation is as described, a very nice little nest to rest in. Very well located, everything can be done on foot. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the wonderful stay! The house is situated in a fantastic location directly on a beautiful pebble beach and is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. It offers plenty of space for four people. We were also impressed by the electric grill, which delivers excellent grilling results. Every morning we had breakfast on the beach and watched the sunrise – a real highlight. The hosts were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations. We really didn't miss anything. We enjoyed our vacation to the fullest and would be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment with a lovely pool and a lovely covered terrace with sea views. Ideally located: beach, close to the center, restaurants, entertainment. An apartment where nothing is lacking... the kitchen is very well equipped and very clean, the decor is very nice. The little extra: bicycles available.

Charming house with a pleasant shaded and enclosed garden (appreciable if you come with a dog). Shops, market and beach, everything is within 10 min walk. A closed garage is very useful when parking spaces are already occupied.

Great stay that keeps these promises, perfect location between sea and small city center. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away, the setting is charming, small shops nearby with the desired necessities. (Convenience store, restaurant,tobacco,ready to wear...) The accommodation is very clean and well appointed, pleasant exterior, cozy and not overlooked. There are all the necessary equipment ( barbecue, washing machine) Spacious and comfortable spacious. As a bonus, you will have access to private parking, a swimming pool in the residence and in case of high heat, the accommodation is air-conditioned. We recommend this rental without a second thought.

Very nice small apartment, on the ground floor with garden and terrace, in the countryside, the Canal de la Robine just next door, close to Gruissan. Communication with Carl was easy, the apartment is well appointed and equipped, it is welcoming. The minimum necessary for a pleasant stay is offered. Address to keep in mind!

the apartment is conveniently located on the vermeille coast. beach and hike without taking the car. it's ideal! duplex apartment, the gate at the bottom of the stairs was appreciated with our little 2 year old.
