Appartamento molto bello in pieno centro e in posizione strategica per visitare la città. Era pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio. Viaggiando in auto, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il garage, posto a breve distanza dalla casa. La comunicazione con l'host è stata perfetta e puntuale. Paola è stata inoltre molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Assolutamente consigliato.

Die Kommunikation mit Valentina verlief reibungslos. Wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Wir sind viel von da aus mit dem Bus gefahren, was sehr einfach mit der Kreditkarte ist. Valentina hat uns gute Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy céntrico. La decoración del piso muy bonita. Es igual que en las fotos. La atención de Paola es inmejorable. Volvería de nuevo.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is absolutely fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice! It is modern, clean, beautiful and spacious! The location is fantastic, just outside the central part of Trastevere, so everything (restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, the Jewish ghetto) is nearby and very walkable. The neighborhood itself is lush and the apartment is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The patio is huge and surrounded by old growth trees and the sounds of monk parakeets. A great way to relax with a cup of espresso in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We just loved it.

Il cottage è anche più bello rispetto a quanto visto in foto. Atmosfera molto romantica ci ritornerei altre 10 volte. Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato ogni indicazione per raggiungere il luogo ed è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema

Logement très propre et bien situé à proximité des lignes de bus et du métro pour rejoindre les principaux monuments de Rome. Le logement est tout proche d’une gare de train qui permet de venir directement depuis l’aéroport en 40 minutes. Quelques adresses restaurants et glaciers très bonnes dans le quartier. Vraiment très bon hôte. Hyper réactif et pro actif pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien.

Un petit havre de paix au cœur de la Ville Éternelle, proche de tous les points d'intérêt et monuments, et près du quartier Trastevere avec de nombreux restaurants et bars très sympathiques. Une pépite pour un séjour à Rome, l'appartement est idéal, très confortable, tout était parfait. Je ne peux que vivement recommander ! Merci pour tout !
