Good week in this house

Certainly was absolutely great discover. The place it’s running by truly warm heart and beautiful people , ambassador of beautiful corner of lazio landscape . Felt absolutely i am on the right place after one minute i checked in . It’s great for stress free gateway. Feel recharged after spent three days there . Thank you Olivaia.

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

We had a wonderful stay! Already upon arrival we were very warmly welcomed – the hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and available at any time. The villa itself was large, very clean and superbly equipped. Special was the good wifi and the quiet, yet well connected location – only about 30 minutes away from Rome. A real highlight were the surrounding restaurants, which are authentic and not touristy – perfect for enjoying the Italian cuisine like the locals. Convenient was also the 24-hour supermarket, just a minute by car or five minutes walk. Overall, we can absolutely recommend the place – ideal for anyone who wants to explore Rome while not giving up comfort and tranquility.

We had a fantastic 9 nights at the villa. The space was great and the garden really peaceful and a great outdoor space. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Really easy and quick to get into central Rome and a lovely child friendly beach with restaurants a short walk away. Laura was really helpful and responsive, we had a great time. Thanks

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. farmhouse located in the countryside surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape. easily accessible. we spent Christmas with 14 people including 2 children. the accommodation is spacious, well divided, and beautiful. highly recommended.

It a sweet property. I’m sure it would be a beautiful place during the summer days/evenings.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

Great place to stay and great host. The surrounding areas could do with few more good restaurants.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thank you for everything, we had a great time!

Great house and a very accommodating host

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.

This is a spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden and pool area. It was all exactly as described. Our host was very helpful. Rome and other areas were easily accessible by car. Would absolutely recommend. ❤️

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!
