A dream home with a pool near Piazza del Popolo

Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Ogni stanza dispone di un proprio climatizzatore e Smart TV. L’attico si trova ai Parioli, in una zona residenziale immersa nel verde e ben collegato e vicino al centro storico.

The common areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to satisfy the view with a suggestive landscape that will brighten the days of your stay.

"Apartment St. Peter's Way" is located within the new residential complex "I Giardini di Via Aurelia Antica". The apartment is a very modern open space divided into a sleeping area with a double bed and bathroom; a living room with a double sofa bed; a kitchen equipped with electric plates, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Through WiFi and Bluetooth connections, you can manage Smart TV and the Bose stereo system directly from your smartphone.

Casa Isla, near Orvieto, amazing views + pool

Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Il Casale di B - apartment Roman Holidays

Spend your Roman holidays in an ancient Casale, relaxation and fun are guaranteed! Our Casale is located close to the park of the Roman coast on the edge of an agricultural estate overlooking the Tiber, reachable on foot or by bike. We have a park with a shared swimming pool and internal parking. We are only 10 minutes from the sea and from the excavations of Ostia Antica, and 15 minutes from the center of Rome. The airport is 15 minutes away by car.

Rock suite with hot tub

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature. From June, the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be paid at the property for a maximum of 4 days
