At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

Cottage in Bellegra

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Splendido attico con vista Colosseo

Delizioso alloggio turistico situato vicino ad una delle sette meraviglie del mondo: il Colosseo. A 50 metri dalla metropolitana e a pochi passi dallo shopping romano e dal divertimento notturno. Balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla città eterna. L’appartamento si trova al quinto piano e dispone di cucina, soggiorno, aria condizionata, bagno con vasca e camera da letto matrimoniale. L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
