Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lazio

Die Unterkunft liegt super idyllisch und mitten in der Natur. Der super freundliche Empfang von Ezio war ein toller Einstieg für die Abruzzen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht. Man kann kochen und sogar Tischtennis spielen. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse. Der Weg ist etwas holprig, dafür wohnt man sehr abgeschieden. Der Weg nach Fonte Cerreto ist zu Fuß etwas gefährlich, da es keinen Bürgersteig gibt, daher ist man mit dem Auto besser bedient. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre der Wohnraum mit Fenster noch perfekt.

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Wir waren von der Architektur, der Ausstattung sowie der Landschaft in der die Villa eingebettet ist, bezaubert. Jede Tageszeit bietet verschiedene Lichtspiele und die Stimmungen ändern je nach Wetter. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll sondern auch sehr funktionell. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen in der Umgebung sowie Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für guten Wein, Olivenöl und Kulinarik. Germano ist ein aufmerksamer und grosszügiger Mensch, wir danken ihm herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Where to start? Barbara was an exceptional host. She gave very clear and helpful directions on how to get to her place either by train or taxi. She was there to meet us at her place to show us around let us know how to use everything. She had champagne and treats for us to start our holiday. I loved how she would message us daily to let us know of any local events that were happening, restaurant recommendations and to see if everything was going ok with our stay. The location was great it was central so everything was walkable. Her photos of her place matched what it looked like. My friend and I were very pleased with the place I would highly recommend staying there. I know when I visit Rome again I will be trying to stay here if it is available. Thank you again for everything Barbara our stay was very enjoyable and we look forward to stating with you again

Excellently place to stay in Sulmona! Graziano was a wonderful host. Walkable to so much. We felt perfectly safe. The area was fairly quiet. Everything we needed was there, great restaurants & local groceries. We will most certainly be back.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your family home! We loved the decor, location and history all around. Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) Would recommend highly to stay here and would stay again if I’m lucky enough! :) Grazie!!!!

Highlight of a 3 week trans-Atlantic/W Mediterranean cruise which was throughly enjoyed, but ended on a special note with our stay and acquaintance with host and family. She offered private tour options in the area which could have included Rome. We opted for a cruise port pick up and a backroads country tour both days of our stay. She is so knowledgeable about the area history and took us to numerous off the beaten path sites that were nearly indescribable in beauty and history. Our last evening we had dinner in her home with her family and arranged to have her take us to the airport the next morning. There were numerous other options she could have provided but time didn’t allow for us to take advantage of. Would highly recommend her flat, small but well appointed and couldn’t have a better location looking directly out on the Sea and several restaurant within steps. Train station nearby to Rome. Thank you again to our host and family for a very special, memorable experience!!!

The place was beautiful and in perfect spot in Rome. I had a great time. I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating, generous hosts. I had such a great time. I highly recommend this place.

Host is such a great lady, she is responsive and very helpful. She has kept this B&B in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easily accessible by Metro Line A …just 5-10 minutes of walk. Smooth check-in with a calm environment. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. Polecam miejsce i gospodarza mieszkania! Ricardo jest bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny. Bardzo dobrze zorganizowane zakwaterowanie i bardzo duże zainteresowanie nami ze strony gospodarza mieszkania. Mieszkanie blisko Colloseum i z doskonałym dostępem do metra ( 3 minuty od drzwi mieszkania ). Pozdrawiamy

We hebben 6 heerlijke dagen hier gehad in Rome, vlak bij het Vaticaan en te midden van restaurants en prachtige gebouwen en musea. De host was zeer vriendelijk, gaf tal van tips en als we vragen hadden was hij altijd beschikbaar en bereikbaar

Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio di Valeria. Gli spazi sono tutti pulitissimi, anche il bagno impeccabile. La posizione è strategica e si trova a pochi passa dalla fermata Lucio Sestio della Metro A, dunque ben connesso anche al centro città. Valeria è una nostra stupenda: disponibilissima e attenta all’ospite, saprà accontentare tutte le vostre esigenze anche per la colazione. Spero di tornarci.
