House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Ønsker du en rolig hytteferie ved vakre Lauvsjøen? Vi har en nydelig hytte som vi dessverre ikke får brukt så mye som vi skulle ønske – derfor leier vi den gjerne ut når vi ikke bruker den selv! Hytta ligger fredelig og usjenert til, helt for seg selv, med bilvei helt frem (bomvei). Her har du naturen rett utenfor døra – perfekte turområder og gode fiskemuligheter. Fiskekort kjøpes på nett. Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.

Accommodation on the ground floor of a typical house, ideally located on the Vildmarksvägen. In the heart of nature, this peaceful place is perfect for a relaxing family stay. Direct access to the lake for lovers of fishing or calm by the water. It all started when a French couple, lost in Scandinavia during the pandemic, found refuge in Sweden. Nothing foreshadowed this departure, and yet here we are, surrounded by the snowy expanses and the silence of the great outdoors.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!
