With four bedrooms and 240 square meters, the house offers plenty of space for up to 11 people. A large kitchen-living room, the cozy living room and the large seminar room invite you to get together. The block room with fireplace and the large kitchen table are perfect places for a game night after a delicious meal.

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

Due to the central location, you can reach many sights of Upper Lusatia, for example, the Moravian Brethren, the star manufactory, the Zittau Mountains, the cities of Görlitz, Bautzen Zittau, Löbau with the cast iron tower and bathing lakes

Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
