Ce logement neuf et paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille près du Futuroscope (20 min), de Poitiers et de Chauvigny. Vous profiterez d'une partie de notre maison en toute autonomie (boîte à clé). Vous disposerez de votre propre place de parking dans notre terrain clos et vous pourrez accéder au gîte par une entrée indépendante (voir photos). Le ménage sera à faire avant votre départ. Les couettes oreillers seront fournis mais pas les draps du canapé ni serviettes de toilette.

Located in the heart of a small village close to Poitiers (10 min), Futuroscope (15 min), and Moulière Forest (200 m), bakery 50 m away. The accommodation is located next to the main house. We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
