The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation for the second time. It was a wonderful holiday again. It is a haven of peace in a beautiful and quiet place. You feel at home very quickly. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, by public transport or with your own vehicle. Many opportunities for walks, visits and hikes are easily accessible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house something very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the grills chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the wonderful stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

I agree with the very good comments already made. The magnificent view combined with the cozy side of the apartment. Lots of beautiful things in the area. Car necessary in my opinion, otherwise a little less than 1 kilometre of coast. I loved it

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

We spent a long weekend at the apartment and were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find, and Daniela made the check-in process seamless by providing clear instructions in advance. She also shared plenty of tips for local activities and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed from cooking essentials to laundry facilities. Although the parking area next to the house was sometimes full in the evenings, there was also some space where you could park just up the road, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant stay in this very welcoming house, with its garden that we could see at night flashing fireflies. Our host Tiziana was lovely as soon as we arrived, we will be happy to return for a longer stay in this beautiful area. We felt like we were at home, the kids no longer wanted to go home.

Very cozy apartment, with a nice kitchen and terrace. Some parts, e.g. the bedroom, looked a bit different from the photos, but it was fine. Everything is rustic Italian :) Susanna was super responsive, proactive, and very very friendly. There is a nice beach/waterfront close by, a 10-minute walk, with a nice bar. Also, it's very quiet, which was a plus.

This place is spacious, spotless, and absolutely stunning, and Mavi is such a great host. She took time to explain everything to us and all the ways to enhance our trip with lots of recommendations for fun excursions and delicious restaurants. We so enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the evening, overlooking the lake, and we even were able to catch the fireworks during the holiday weekend. What a pleasant surprise that was for us! We will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy beautiful Stresa on Lake Maggiore!

Kicca's accommodation was exactly as described. The garden with access to the lake is fantastic. Unfortunately, we caught a very rainy time. Then you should consider that the apartment is very small and the ventilation in the bathroom was not sufficient, so that it partly came to an unpleasant smell and humidity. If it is warmer and sunnier, however, this should not be a problem. Very close to Bellaggio by car. Shop beforehand - no great shopping nearby. Overall recommended!
