43m² cottage on the ground floor of a characterful house, located in a mountain hamlet in the heart of Cantal, 5km from the Lioran resort, 8km from the medieval city of Murat and 20km from the Grand Site du Puy Mary. Ideal for hikers, the cottage is on the GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) and on Via Arverna (Chemin de Compostela). There is another gite with independent entrance upstairs. The hamlet is on the side of the mountain, the cottage is semi-buried and has a glass door and 2 small windows.

Enjoy a luxurious refurbished apartment in the heart of the LIORAN resort! Bright and functional family apartment (accommodates 5 people) located on the 5th floor with elevator access in the Sumène Tower. The pluses of the apartment: 33 m2 apartment at the foot of the slopes. Large south-facing balcony, very sunny with views of the meadow and mountains. All shops, the ESF and the start of the slopes are at the bottom of the residence. Private Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fibre Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. Shops and train station nearby. In Murat itself, a nice little town of character. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR start) only 10 minutes from the ski resort of Lioran, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Skiing,biking,hiking.

Cable car, ski lifts , ski touring departure, snowshoes, etc.). 2 elevators, shops, restaurants, under the residence. (access to bread and croissants from the inside!) Cozy 32 m2 duplex, refurbished, in a quiet residence, located 200 m from the Masseboeuf ski lifts. Beautiful mountain views. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction stove, raclette machine, TV and hair dryer. Walk-in shower. Linens are not provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) No cleaning fee, but you must do it before you leave.
