Holiday rentals with a patio in Laveen Village, Phoenix

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

Check in went smoothly, apartment is really nice and right near a few bars and restaurants. Walkable to chase field and surrounding areas. Apartment was really nice. Only thing you should know is parking is in the building across the street which was no issue with us (2 people staying) overall really nice spot, glad I stayed here.

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

I’ve stayed in several Air BnBs in the Phoenix area and other cities. This was by far my favorite experience. The property was perfect for my girls’ trip with my daughter. Ashley was an amazing host and thought of everything we could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay at one of her properties on future trips.

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Everything about the house was great. I loved everything about it. It was clean. It was peaceful. A lot of space was very clean.

Wow what an amazing home for us to stay in, it was in an amazing secure location near park and the pools is what my kids loved the most, this home had everything we needed and wanted to have a great stay, I wished it was my house. Definitely want to come back eventually.

I enjoy my stay in Arizona. I went there for a concert and it was definitely a vibe. I do with there was a microwave but i think the point was to cook your own meals not reheat stuff (if i was there for longer i definitely wouldve cooked meals for sure!). The bedroom was really nice , the bed itself was amazing. I was there alone which made me feel a little nervous bc of how open it was but it was still relatively quiet and private and i didnt get any disturbing vibes. Corey is also extremely responsive and was chill asf with me. I really appreciated the communication. Other Bnb hosts were pretty dicks twords me but Corey had patience with me so, thats a 5 star right there lol. Overrall my favorite part was experiencing my first Arizona lightning storm? It was FANTASTIC on the balcony. I had the bedroom door open so i can listen to the rain and ugh- it was so nice. I loved it! Oh, also VERY clean!!!

The house was spacious, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The salt water pool was fabulous, and having a patch of grass in the backyard for our dogs was very nice. The private yard was a real plus, although a heads-up about which morning the mowing service would be there have been helpful. (There’s a glass door in the bathroom and I was naked about to shower when suddenly there was a man in the yard.) The listing info says service people will come, but they’re supposed to ring the doorbell. They did not. Besides that surprise, my only real complaint is the lack of flexibility about the check-in time. We drove a long way to get there and arrived early, very tired. We had to wait two hours to check in (after 4, per the rules), even though no one was at the house, so it’s hard to believe it wasn’t ready. Then our code didn’t work. The host was very quick to send a working code, but I would have appreciated more flexibility.

My stay at this BNB in Phoenix, Arizona, was truly amazing. The entire place was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The bathrooms and bedrooms were private and spotless, and the massive bedroom I stayed in was perfect—I had plenty of space to organize my clothes and relax. My friends especially loved the cozy living area, the stylish patio, and the well-equipped kitchen, which featured both an island and a lovely dining table. I appreciated being able to control the temperature, and overall, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

my wife is a bit of a clean freak and I can say she has never been so happy with how clean this home is. Great Host and Great stay

Great stay, clean and modern had all the comforts of home and enjoyed the pool.

The house was amazing we felt right at home. The kids enjoyed being outside. Toynette was friendly and responsive at all times. I recommend this place with out hesitation.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. The supplies were well stocked and presented. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable. I’m hoping to stay there again in the future when visiting my granddaughter. Thank you, Alicia!

This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was outstanding—quick responses, super friendly, and full of helpful info that made planning a breeze. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you could want on a getaway. We were surrounded by fun activities, great dining, and beautiful spots to explore. Whether we wanted to relax or be out and about, we had the best of both worlds.
