Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Laveen Village, Phoenix

My stay at the guest house in Tempe was exactly what I was looking for. It was private, very clean, modern, updated and very easy to navigate. I appreciated the open concept and got a lot of work done in addition to seeing family and friends. Very comfortable bed and furniture and just enough kitchen for my needs for the week. The modern fixtures and appliances were perfect, and it is within walking distance to several stores to pick up groceries, coffee/bagels, or meet with friends at bars/restaurants or it’s a very short rideshare away! Great landscaping in the inviting backyard offers much privacy in a very secure and well-maintained Neighborhood too.

House was clean, tastefully decorated. Location met our needs, close to family, but it does back up to an intersection, privacy wall.

This place is a must stay!!! We were lucky enough to be able to stay here for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Greg was always responsive and friendly and his guidebook for the area was so helpful for local restaurants in the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable, exactly as listed in the photos and description. The neighborhood was quiet and all neighbors were very friendly. I highly recommend this airbnb!

Delighted with our stay for my daughter's birthday celebration with a few friends for a double sleep-over. Michelle was gracious and welcoming and even included a happy birthday message and gift for my daughter which was such a lovely added touch. I especially appreciated the clear labeling system in the kitchen. The place was beautifully furnished and we felt right at home. We were sad to leave after only 2 days!

Very nice home and fit seven guests comfortably. The host is very communicative and replies swiftly!

The was nice inside and out we had fun in the swimming pool kitchen had lots of room dining room had plenty of room bathroom’s were nice and clean bedrooms very comfortable in overall we felt like home my grandkids and I loved the pool . Quiet neighborhood . I recommend Edgar’s place to anyone that is looking for what I described. Thank you Edgar for sharing your house with us.

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

This was a pleasant stay on the edge of the city center. Walkable to the Convention Center and stadiums, we enjoyed our time in Phoenix, as well as a day trip to Sedona.

Wonderful unit to stay in, great location close to shopping center and restaurants. Denise and William were extremely communicative and pleasant to deal with, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!
