The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Welcome to my apartment! I decorated it carefully, putting a lot of myself into it, so that you feel good as soon as you walk through the door. The windows overlook a small garden where a large mandarin tree grows, you can even pick some fruit in season. It is located in a small condominium full of charm, in the heart of the Chalets district, which I love for its calm and gentle lifestyle, a stone's throw from the city centre. I hope you feel as good as I do.

You will stay in a residential apartment composed of: - a large bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a double wardrobe closet (plenty of space for a baby bed but not provided) - an equipped kitchenette: stove, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, - a living room with sofa bed and TV, - a bathroom and a separate toilet (towels not provided), - no Wi-Fi, sorry :)
