Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

In the village of St. Jakob - Ahrntal, this rustic holiday home is part of a health farm which combines traditional and modern elements and is located 1200 m above sea level. The apartment has a living room with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed for 2 persons), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Our farm, Unterweckerlerhof, is located at the entrance of St. Magdalena in the valley Gsiesertal, close to our mixed forest. From the balcony you can often watch various wild animals such as deer or hares scurrying out of the forest to graze. Enjoy the impressive chirping of birds while you relax on the lawn at the farm, let the farmers advise you about hiking possibilities or inquire about the numerous ski tour possibilities in the village.
