All shops are nearby. 4 km from Centr'alp, 8 km from Voiron and 20 km from Grenoble. Free parking spots in adjacent streets.

Located near the town of Theys (shops, restaurant, bar...), as well as the 7 Laux ski resort (15 min by car). Our family offers you a warm little studio with a surface area of 27 m2 located on the ground floor of our chalet with a separate entrance. It consists of an 8 m2 entrance, as well as a 19 m2 main living room (separate toilet and bathroom). Covered parking is possible next to the apartment. Maverick, our dog, will be happy to see you.

The Prairie Cottage

the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).
