The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." The central location in the middle of Germany is good for transit; it is about 10 minutes to the A7/A5. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the area. The Sassen/Richthof cohabitation is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores in Schlitz or Niederaula can also be reached in 10 minutes.

More than 20 years ago we bought the Scheiche House, a detached house in the beautiful Vogelsberg volcanic region. In the past, the farmhouse consisted of a residential building, a stable and the barn. We both worked in tourism and led a holiday village for a long time. When we retired, we decided it was impossible without guests! We have always dreamed of renovating the old barn of our house – and now it was the right time.
