Our site manager was super happy with his stay at Rico's! He liked the stylish and tastefully furnished apartment very much, he felt completely comfortable. We can only recommend the property. A magnificent roof terrace with a wide view, the beautiful garden. Then everything is super clean and super equipped. Zeitz is also absolutely worth a visit!

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!

The accommodation was very nice. Parking is limited, but the host can't help it. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom very well maintained. The views are breathtaking! We have been to the accommodation repeatedly and are convinced! 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly furnished house! The rooms are designed with a lot of taste and attention to detail - you immediately feel comfortable. We particularly liked the location: pleasantly quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet you are in the middle of the city in a short time. A perfect combination of relaxation and good connections. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

We were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden in which our children and our dog felt really comfortable. There were also plenty of toys for children, which made the stay extra enjoyable. The location is quiet and ideal for excursions to Karlovy Vary and surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – you feel immediately welcome. We can only recommend the accommodation. We have already been there a second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children enjoyed playing with the toys and cuddly toys. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything is great, 100% recommendation.

This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.

The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! Had a comfortable stay with my family. Even though i didn’t stay up till the end of my stay but everything is just buttery smoth. Petr is easy to communicate with and has the initiative to give the best recommendations for it city has to offer so yes. Comfortable place

The accommodation corresponds to the description. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. There is also a functional washing machine. The only disadvantage is the only window directly to the main road, which is at ground level, so you can't ventilate for long because you're afraid someone will break into the apartment. Otherwise, everything is clean and very nice. The last thing is completely blunt knives, so if you are going for a longer period of time and want to cook, I recommend taking your own knife.

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and there is a small bakery nearby. Voigtland is beautiful, we will come back.
