Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

La estadia fue muy agradable, la limpieza y la comodidad son un 10, la zona alrededor es segura y agradable para salir a caminar y a comer, nos hospedamos en familia y lo disfrutamos. Doña Nancy es una persona muy amable y colaboradora, que hace que la experiencia sea muy positiva. Volveria sin dudarlo.

I spent a month in Colombia, a wonderful country full of kind people and incredible landscapes, and without a doubt, my best stay was in this apartment. The place exceeded my expectations in every way: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located. From day one, I felt right at home. Everything was in excellent condition, and it’s clear the host takes great care to provide a high-quality experience. Communication was always smooth, clear, and very thoughtful. Mi estadía en este apartamento fue simplemente perfecta. El penthouse ofrece una vista increíble de la ciudad y el entorno, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, y el espacio es amplio y cómodo para grupos o familias. La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca del parque de Sabaneta, lo que permite pasear, disfrutar del ambiente local y acceder fácilmente a restaurantes y tiendas. Además, el lugar en sí tiene un ambiente muy agradable, con una comunidad tranquila y amigable que invita a sentirse como en casa. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estancia cómoda.

This is one of the best managed and best maintained apartments in Medellin. This apartment is beautiful and eye-popping. David and staff are friendly and professional. Love the pool table and the daily cleaning! Only watch out is it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit.

1102 is a great apartment has everything shown in photos and more. No utensils and cookware in the kitchen were lacking. And apartment has portable Air Conditioning in the bedroom

Daniel’s place was absolutely amazing. This is the best kept secret in Medellin. I don’t think I’ll want to stay anywhere else when I come back. The place is super well decorated. Has all of the amenities you can need. The beds were super comfortable. The best part was the personal concierge Simon. He met me to check in, provided tons of great recommendations, and was available whenever I needed him. Thank you to Daniel, Alexandra, and Simon for making my stay in Medellin amazing! I will be back.

Don Carlos es un excelente host que está pendiente en lo que uno necesite, el lugar es igual que las fotos con una vista increíble. Este lugar es unos de mis favoritos porque tiene la esencia auténtica de la cultura colombiana . es un barrio común de Colombia ,seguro tranquilo y con vecinos muy amables.

This is maybe my 4th or 5th stay here. Very reasonable. Small and perfect for short stays. If you don't require a lot of space this is perfect. Very quiet place. The neighborhood is very safe! The neighbors in the building are very friendly and welcoming. There's also lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby if you like to walk or you can catch an Uber which is very inexpensive. Enjoy my stays here.

El apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Muy tranquilo para descansar, pero también cerca de todo. Perfecto para un viaje en familia.

La ubicación del apartamento es estratégica, cerca de una estación del metro, con acceso a transporte público y taxis, a un paso de supermercados, tiendas, farmacias, iglesia, gimnasio etc. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. Gracias Daniel y familia!

The host provided a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The host's attentiveness and helpfulness were exceptional throughout the entire process. Little touches throughout the space made it feel incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Everything is great, price is great, amenities are great… only single complaint is that the workers make too much noise from 6am to 8am. I understand we all have to make a living but the last thing people want on vacation is to wake up at 6am. Besides that, I loved the space and I am beyond grateful for $25-$30 USD per night. Will be returning :)

Perfect accommodation to spend a few days in Medellin! The apartment was comfortable, clean, quite, and well equipped. Close to a mall, couple of supermarkets and public transportation within walking distance. A very secure building with a concierge 24 hours a day. Check in and check out was very easy and accessible. The keypad was very easy to use. Highly recommended!
