Holiday rentals with a sauna in Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

Juliet at the front desk was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable and the area was well kept, except that there was only one of the two fans working. There needed to be some air conditioning or larger fans for better ventilation. However, the view from the balcony was spectacular and the little restaurant Alitas downstairs served phenomenal food.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, right in Provenza, close to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend it!

Excellent hosts and really enjoy the stay. Will definitely rent again and their other properties.

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

I'm going to write this review as detailed as possible. Andreas was A+ professional. He sent me a taxi to the airport. He checked on me each day. The place looked exactly like the photos but better. The steam room is perfect. I used it every morning. There is also a hot tube. The showers are perfect. wifi was perfect. He has an assistant or partner by the name of Camila. She was also very helpful. She checked on me each day. Made sure I had a taxi to the airport. Very professional. The biggest issue I had was the loud guy on the 3rd floor. This is out of their hands. Instead of making excuses Andreas called the guy and made them stop. The point I am making is they made a great effort for me. I have lived in 20 countries. I have delt with all people. They are very professional. The apartment is perfect. I could not has asked for a better situation. I recommend this place to any visitor. 5 star all the way

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. The property management always communicates with me to see if I need something to accommodate myself better. I found a fan that did no work and I each out them and the same day they took care of that.! I love that they provide enough towels, bed changes, pillows, and toilet paper.! I loved the place's incredible location and view.! I am planning a next trip and rent the same place.! Thank you.!

Excellent location. Neighborhood with several things nearby to walk, restaurants and cafes. Quiet for sleeping. It has a 24-hour reception and security.

Adorable spot with lots of natural light. I also really liked the cafe downstairs. Would refer this to anyone visiting Medellín. At first I was worried about no AC but it was very comfortable with a window open and a nice breeze.

It was great to be welcomed on Hector's apartment. I had the whole apartment available for myself in a pretty nice area of the metropolitan area, with such wonderful views of the city and a beautiful place. I’m local from Medellin but after this I’m even thinking on buying an apartment for myself in this place, just great. I really thank to Hector and I hope to be back soon.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Would highly recommend Alex’s property when visiting Colombia 🇨🇴, just keep It quiet as it’s hard to when going with a group excited to be in Colombia for their first time . Overall the area was peaceful and quiet , close to a lot of local business and restaurants. Enjoy our stay greatly .

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
