Diego is an excellent host, he was attentive the whole time. He allowed us to check in early and check out after hours. The apartment is as shown in the photos, complete and clean. Close to restaurants, subway stations on foot. The spectacular view. There was noise due to the location, but it didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay at Loft Dreams. It is on the second floor, has a great little balcony, a huge washroom, a spacious main room with a kitchenette, and the location is excellent, a block from the heart of the La 70 strip and within walking distance to the Estadio Metro station.

The apartment was perfect! It looks exactly like the pictures and is in a prime location. From restaurants to public transportation to shopping malls to nightlife, everything is walking distance. The apartment is also on the backend of the building so there’s no noise from outside traffic. The amenities and decorations were very intentional making the apartment feel like home as opposed to a hotel. The WiFi was also great for remote work and I never had any issues during my stay. David is an amazing host and went above and beyond during my stay. The communication was seamless and he was always available for anything I needed. I highly recommend and will definitely book again when I’m in Medellin. Truly a gem in the city.

Pleasant stay, the apartment has everything you need, organized and clean. Very close to the 70 area, which has a lot of nightlife and food places, the apartment's location is in a quiet area and the parking is appreciated!

Very good stay in Medellin, the accommodation met all expectations. The place is comfortable, clean and well located, ideal for getting around the city, it has direct connection to the subway system and is very close to the historic center. On the other hand, communication with Leandra was clear and fast at all times, which made the arrival and stay much easier. Overall a very positive experience. Recommended.

This apartment located in Guayabal, a few minutes from Poblado, is a great place within a safe residential complex and with an excellent location, getting there is very easy, either by Uber, public transport or even metro. It has card entry to the apartment and access to the house with facial recognition, the place is spectacular: private jacuzzi, X-Box, Alexa, a huge TV and a fully equipped kitchen that invites you to stay. The gas grill is ideal for a night of barbecuing, but if you prefer to go out, nearby restaurants offer flavours that will win you over. The best part? A catamaran-style mesh where you can lie back and watch the city light up at night, a magical experience! In addition, the complex has a banking correspondent who facilitates any diligence, and Juan, the host, was amazing: attentive, friendly and always available, making everything flow, I recommend it 👌🏽

I really have no complaints about the house, it's exactly as described in the photos, super clean, quiet, lots of places to eat, easy access to public transport, Juan David is an excellent host, always attentive to what you ask, I highly recommend it, we will definitely come back, I hope you give yourself the opportunity to go to that super comfortable house

An excellent place to stay – I highly recommend it! Yony's apartment impressed me a lot. It's functional, comfortable and keeps things impeccably clean. The area is safe, so you can relax completely. Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

Well located apartment, 2 blocks from 70 Diana is always receptive and kind Hot water, kitchen with everything you need, cleaning service. I recommend it !
