We loved our stay in Nokomis. The house was perfect. It was stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed swimming in the pool after long days at the beach which was a very close drive. Nokomis Beach park was very clean and not overcrowded. The house is close to lots of great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This historic cottage was delightful and loaded with so many thoughtful touches, from beach chairs and a good cooler to sunscreen to plenty of bottled water. The interior was spotless and decorated with many interesting pieces, worth spending time just admiring them. The king bed was just lovely and provided exactly the restful environment for which we were looking. Everything was organized to provide plenty of information on the local area, including restaurants, activities and services. Nancy, the host, was very responsive when we needed some help, but also gave us our privacy. This is just the spot for a single or two-some get-a-way!

I booked this place for my family visiting the area. Place was very clean and stocked with essentials. Huge plus having a washer and dryer to utilize! This home is very cozy and nicely decorated. Yuri's communication was excellent as well! Shoutout to the neighbor as well that took the trash bin and recycle bin to the curb too! This home is in a great location for a beach stay as it is not far from the Nokomis public beach. Highly recommend for the price!!!

The Nautilus Hacienda

The house is cute and well located in terms of getting to Sarasota or Venice. It is about 30 minutes from the Sarasota airport, but a direct route and so easy to get back and forth. They were very flexible when we needed early check in/late out. There are 2 chairs for the beach, a cooler, towels. We went to the Nokomis beach, which is fairly close and just beautiful. The Master BR has 2 French doors on either side of the room, leading to the LR. The Master BR toilet/shower area is separated from the sink by a louvered folding door. Each BR has a ceiling fan, which was helpful at night! The kitchen is well stocked, there is a nice coffee area with a Keurig coffee maker. There's a great screened porch, which we loved. Great parking.

This place was fantastic to stay at. All of the rooms were clean, it had a fully stocked kitchen, and a very relaxing atmosphere on the back patio! The host is extremely nice and very accommodating, I will 100% choosing this place for future stays!

This cottage exceeded me and my partners expectations!! We’re in our early 20s and this was our first cottage experience. Beautiful neighborhood, very spacious cottage for its size, and everything looked 10x better in person. 15 min drive to siesta key beach with no traffic (even though we went on a weekend)!! Plenty of restaurants nearby and places to explore. Beautiful cottage 🙏🏾
