Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.

It is located at the southern gateway to Franconian Switzerland in Thuisbrunn, only about a 5-minute drive from Gräfenberg. The local Elch Bräu brewery – Gasthof Seitz – is just a few steps away. Thuisbrunn is located right on the well-known Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – perfect for hiking, enjoying the scenery and exploring.

You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!
