Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The newly renovated 4.5 room ground floor apartment with wonderful views in a quiet location is about 5 minutes walk from the mountain station of the steepest funicular in the world. The family-friendly apartment in the 2-room apartment has an open dining and living area, two double bedrooms, one room with bunk bed (total 6 beds), shower/WC, TV and Wi-Fi. In addition, the garden seating area invites you to enjoy and linger. Stoos is car-free and can only be reached by the funicular.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
